Our attorneys litigate in Illinois State and Federal Courts. Our representation extends throughout each division of Cook County, DuPage County, Kane County, Lake County and Will County circuit courts, the Illinois Appellate Court, the Illinois Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
Our attorneys also represent clients before Federal and State Agencies, including the EEOC, the Human Rights Commission, the Illinois Motor Vehicle Board, and both State and Federal Departments of Labor.
