Representing the Orland Fire Protection District, James J. Roche "beat back a fight by a private alarm company" in an antitrust lawsuit that also alleged constitutional violations. James J. Roche fought to ensure the Orland Fire Protection could continue to use its preferred system for monitoring commercial fire alarms in its territory.
